30 days, unused, in the original packaging

If a piece is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. It needs to be unused, unassembled if it arrived that way, and in the original packaging.

Parcel returns use a label we email you. Freight returns for sofas and other large pieces are arranged by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
